The public secretariat of JEM LA YE is situated in Saint-Martin-de-Caralp in the department of Ariège. Our administrative volunteers welcome citizen inquiries, municipal partnership proposals, and volunteer submissions during public reception hours.

JEM LA YE provides all information, musical workshops, and public access entirely free of charge. Operating under Association loi 1901 statutory provisions, our actions are funded through municipal grants, territorial subsidies, and disinterested volunteer time. All membership fees and dues are fully reinvested in the association's public interest missions. We engage in zero commercial sales or paid service transactions.

Access & Geography

How to Reach Us & Public Transit Access

Saint-Martin-de-Caralp is situated in the scenic Barguillère valley, approximately 7 kilometers northwest of Foix, the prefectural capital of Ariège.

By Regional Train (SNCF)

Take the TER Occitanie line (Toulouse – Foix – Latour-de-Carol) to Gare de Foix. From Foix station, connect via regional bus or arrange a volunteer carpool pick-up through our secretariat.

By Road & Carpooling

From Foix, follow the D17 departmental route through Saint-Martin-de-Caralp towards Cadarcet. Communal parking with designated disabled spaces is available adjacent to the Foyer Communal and Mairie.

Accessibility & Special Needs

All public reception rooms and rehearsal spaces have ground-level step-free entrances with wide doorways suitable for wheelchairs and motorized mobility devices.
